1. Politeness and Respect

• Be respectful: Treat other players with kindness and respect their opinions and decisions.

• Avoid insults: Using offensive language or engaging in toxic behavior can negatively impact the gameplay experience.

• No personal attacks: Criticize gameplay, not players. Keep it about the game and not personal matters.

 

2. Avoid Spamming

• Don’t spam: Repeated messages with no real value (e.g., constantly repeating the same message) can disrupt communication.

• Avoid unnecessary pings: Only mark other players when it’s really necessary. Don’t ping for trivial matters.

 

3. No Advertising in Chat

​

• Avoid advertising: Advertising other guilds, websites, or products in the chat is disruptive. Use appropriate channels or areas for promotion.

 

4. Group Chat Etiquette

​

• Stay on topic: In group chats, like PvP or dungeon chats, stick to the subject to keep communication clear and efficient.

• No arguing in the chat: Resolve conflicts privately, not in group chats, to avoid bothering others.

 

5. Avoid Using CAPS LOCK

• Don’t write in all caps: Writing in all caps is often interpreted as shouting and can irritate others.

• Avoid aggressive emotes: Emotes like "/rage" or other aggressive symbols can be misunderstood.

 

6. No Trolling

• Avoid trolling: Trolling—purposely disturbing or annoying other players—is unacceptable. Keep the chat friendly and constructive.

 

7. No Spoilers

• Don’t spoil: Avoid sharing spoilers about the story or other significant game content without prior warning, especially in public chats.

• Be helpful: If you can assist others with questions or issues, do so kindly and patiently.

• Ask politely: When you need help, ask in a respectful tone and don't expect immediate assistance.

11. Representation of our Guild      (only needed when you run with us in a train!)

​

• If you run with FOX presents your FOX-Guild. Except you are an Guild Leader, then ofc present your own Guild.

 

12. Kickt from our Guild      (only relevant if away from the game for more than a month!)

• If you are away from the game for more than one month, we may kick you. The reason is to give other gamers a chance to join us and to avoid inactive accounts.
